You’re not someone nowadays unless you have your own reality television show and Selena Gomez wants to tap into that territory with the help of the best in the biz: Kris Jenner.

An insider said Selena has hatched a plan to do her own reality show and is getting business advice from the Kardashian matriarch, who was recently profiled as manager extraordinaire in The New York Times.

“Selena thinks a reality show could boost her career,” a source told OK! exclusively.

According to the insider, Selena wants to have cameras follow her around because she’s “tired of being seen as Justin Bieber’s lovesick ex.”

And Kris is on board! The source said Kris, who was rumored to be managing the singer last year, joked to Selena that “her show will cause the Kardashians’ own ratings to dip!”
