Francia Raisa saved Selena Gomez's life when she donated a kidney to the singer, but apparently Selena is "sick" of feeling "indebted" to the Grown-ish actress for making the selfless decision. The two had a falling out nine months ago and now their friendship is all but over.
"The truth is that Selena was tired of feeling like she owed something to her Francia because she gave her a kidney. This was Francia’s choice; Selena did not steal the kidney from her," a source told RadarOnline.com.
The former best friends reportedly had a fight over the "Come & Get" songstress' "unhealthy choices" following Selena's transplant surgery in 2017.
"Selena did the exact opposite of what she said she was going to do when she got well again. She said she was not going to drink anymore. Francia called Selena out on it because she cares about her and she loves her. She told her that she was just really making some unhealthy choices and that she was concerned for her. Selena just shut her out," another source told the outlet.
Selena doesn't claim to be sober and reportedly sees no problem with the occasional cocktail.
The source continued, "Yes, she Selena has some drinks from time to time. It is not every day, and she is not using drugs. She is enjoying herself and she is enjoying her life and living it how she wants to live it.”
Neither Selena nor Francia have yet to comment on their feud.
