Poor Shannon Beador! The Real Housewives of Orange County star sprained her ankle for the 2nd time this year shortly after getting over a fever and sore throat earlier this month.
“NOOOOOOOOO!!! Tripped on a stair after my walk yesterday and sprained my right ankle this time!,” she revealed along with the hashtags #whatswrongwithme and #notahappycamper.
She sprained her left ankle earlier this year while, wait for it... walking.
She took to her Instagram story on Monday, where the mother-of-three discussed how this went down "So I’m not the happiest person right now cause after my walk…this is what happened,” she explained while panning to her foot, which was elevated on a pillow and wrapped in a medical boot. “You see that? You see that scooter? Yeah, I sprained my ankle.”

“I tore two ligaments and might have a small fracture in a bone,” she added. “I hurt my right foot now. Can’t drive.” She plans on spending the next couple of days “not doing anything” but keeping her foot “elevated and iced.”
She admitted to "not looking forward" to straight out chilling but will be watching Bravo while doing so. Shannon also had a fever and sore throat at the beginning of the month, so this hasn't been the best of times physically for her.
It would potentially explain why she wasn't at her BFF Tamra Judge's big birthday bash a couple of weeks back either. Feel better Shannon!
