Shay Mitchell, Kelly Ripa, & More Dress Up For The CNN Heroes Event

Celebs glammed it up to attend the 12th Annual CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute ceremony last night in the heart of New York City. A-listers gathered Sunday evening, December 9, at the American Museum of Natural History to honor individuals for their humanitarian efforts.

Shay Mitchell shined in a shimmery emerald green dress that contained a sexy thigh-high split. The Pretty Little Liars star said on her Instagram Stories that “CNN Heroes is something she looks forward to every year." She said, “It is so easy to get caught up in our own world and things we think are big problems. This night is about the incredible people out there making a change and I have so much respect ad admiration for our honored heroes this year.”

Kelly Ripa and Anderson Cooper posed together on the red carpet and flashed some smiles. Kelly wore a black sequined-embossed cocktail dress while Anderson wore a dark slate gray suit and blue tie.

Kelly's husband Mark Consuelos looked suave and sleek in a classic all-black ensemble. He wore a suit and a turtleneck.

Lenny Kravitz rocked the event in a cool leather jacket, gray skinny jeans, dark shades, and tan cowboy boots.

Husband and wife duo Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen were cute on the red carpet as they held hands. Mary sported a gold gown while Ted wore a simple black suit.

Comedian Will Ferrell struck a funny pose at the party. He added a dash of color to his black suit with a blue and white plaid tie.
