The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s fans have been eager to see Shereé Whitfield rejoin the show’s cast since her exit after the show’s fourth season, and it looks like the beloved RHOA legend may finally be making her return for Season 8!
Whitfield’s comeback has been rumored for the past several seasons of RHOA, so it was no suprise talk of her return began as soon as RHOA’s seventh season wrapped in April.

Many fans chalked up the Whitfield casting rumors as another false alarm. However, recent developments regarding the show’s lineup are making Season 8 appear to be the ideal time for Whitfield to reclaim her peach!

Sources speaking to E! News revealed that Whitfield is currently in talks to return to RHOA, though the details of what her role will be aren’t fully known! And on Thursday, Whitfield posted a status on Twitter that seemed to tease her rumored return as well.
“Morning! What a blessed day! #BelieveandUShallReceive,” the RHOA alum posted, causing many of her followers to comment on the post asking if she had received confirmation she’d be coming back.
Sheree had several heated arguments with NeNe Leakes during her time on the show. But with Leakes announcing her exit from RHOA, if she does indeed return, Whitfield would take her spot as the only original RHOA cast member on the show!
According to sources speaking to RadarOnline.com, the official cast announcement won’t be made until September.
