Shia LaBeouf Makes Rare Appearance At Down Syndrome Charity Gala

After a tumultuous 2017, it appears that Shia LaBeouf is back in high spirits. The actor attended the Global Down Syndrome Foundation's 10th Anniversary Be Beautiful Be Yourself fashion show in Denver on Saturday, October 20. Read on for all the details on his rare guest appearance.
The Disturbia actor wore a sleek and perfectly tailored suit and he was snapped while onstage, cheering on actor Zack Gottsagen during his walk down the runway.
Zack, who has Down Syndrome, stars alongside Shia in the upcoming film The Peanut Butter Falcon. Dakota Johnson, who was onstage with the pair, also stars in the movie.
Shia was also spotted out on the red carpet with Zack, Colin Farrell, and Jamie Foxx’s sister DeOndra Dixon. DeOndra, who also has Down Syndrome, served as one the event’s organizers and contributors.

Earlier this month, the Transformers star was snapped while walking the City of Love with his new girlfriend FKA Twigs.
Between his all-smiles appearance at the gala and his romantic mini-holiday, Shia is having a better October 2018 than he did last year.
In October 2017, the 32-year-old was sentenced to 12 months probation and mandatory anger management after being found guilty of obstruction.
