2 parts Avión Silver or Reposado

1 part Fresh Lime Juice

4 One-Inch Cubes Fresh Watermelon

Squeeze Agave Nectar

Directions: Muddle the watermelon with agave nectar in a mixing glass. Add in the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1 splash of lime juice

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain over crushed ice and pour it in a highball glass. Stir the cocktail and top with a mint bunch, a kiwi slice, and a strawberry slice.

2 parts JDK & Sons™ O3 Premium Orange Liqueur

3 cups watermelon, chilled, seeded and cut into pieces

½ cup lime juice, freshly squeezed

1 cup ice

Directions: Freeze the cubed watermelon in a plastic bag for 2 hours or more. Add ingredients to a blender, puree until the consistency is smooth. Serve in glasses rimmed with salt. Garnish the cocktail with a lime or watermelon wedge.

1/4 oz. Lemon Juice

1 Tea or Bar spoonful of Demerara (Guyan Cane Syrup)

1 Dash of RXBitters.

Directions: Muddle watermelon with bitters. Add a spoonful of Demerara Syrup, a quarter ounce of lemon, and a half ounce of Cocci Americano. Add two full ounces of Sailor Jerry Rum. Stir with large ice cube in an English Rocks Glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
