Sofia looked stunning in a flowy, multi-colored skirt and black top that she wore underneath a black winter jacket.
She accessorized the look with a pale-colored handbag and white earrings.

Its been a bittersweet time for Sofia and her Modern Family cast members. The long-running ABC sitcom will be ending in 2020 after 11 seasons.
