J.D. has had other problems with the law this year. He was accused of sexual assault this past August. A woman claimed he "slipped a drug" into her drink during a night out at a bar.
The woman alleged that she woke up in the guest bedroom of her home later in the evening where Madison was "forcibly raping and sodomizing her." She then claimed that he only stopped after receiving a phone call from his wife Elizabeth.
