Uber Refuses 'Southern Charm' Star Thomas Ravenel's Demands To Turn Over Records Amid Custody Battle With Ex Kathryn Dennis

Things are getting rockier in the custody battle between Thomas Ravenel and his ex Kathryn Dennis. According to reports, the Southern Charm star demanded that Uber hand over their records so he can use them in their custody case. But the ride sharing company is ignoring his request and is declining to turn over any files.
The 56-year-old requested that a hearing be set to have Uber explain why it has not given up the documents.
Thomas is attempting to gather information that could prove negligence on Kathryn's part in their custody battle. He requested that Uber give him records for accounts attached to either Kathryn or two phone numbers he had listed from the time of June 2017 to present.
Reports suggest that Uber wrote a letter to the former State Treasurer for South Carolina, explaining that his subpoena was "overbroad" and "burdensome."
