As OK! readers know, the Spice Girls first announced plans for a U.S. and U.K. tour back in February. The Spice Girls first started teasing their fans about a potential tour — and even hinted that they had been getting together regularly to discuss plans — earlier this year.
But now it’s real. They officially announced the tour on Monday morning and decided to keep their fans in suspense, rolling out details sporadically throughout the day.

Here’s the thing, though: Victoria Beckham (aka Posh Spice) will not be a part of the coveted reunion. So far, there’s been no word on why exactly she won’t be joining Mel B (Scary Spice), Emma Bunton (Baby Spice), Mel C (Sporty Spice), and Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice) on stage, but the fashion empress likely has her schedule jam-packed with engagements around the globe. In fact, she will be the recipient of the first ever Fashion Icon Award at the upcoming People’s Choice Awards.
She hasn’t been the only one with her hands full lately, though. Mel B, who went into rehab for alcohol addiction in September, is also the host of America’s Got Talent. She also threw some low-key shade Victoria’s way last week when she dressed up as the former Spice Girl for Halloween.
Regardless, the show will definitely still go on. Emma couldn’t wait to get on Heart radio this morning where she told the host, "This is so exciting!”
