Tamera Mowry Missing From ‘The Real’ For Second Day In A Row After Ending Up In Urgent Care

Tamera Mowry’s seat on The Real was empty for the second day in a row. Her co-hosts sent her well wishes and informed the audience that her sickness had escalated.

The 40-year-old was forced to seek medical attention for her illness and Loni Love revealed she was right by her side. “I was with her in urgent care,” Loni said.
Loni, 47, also explained she and the rest of her co-hosts were most concerned with Tamera making a speedy recovery. She said, “We just need her to get better.”

Tamera’s absence comes just days after she opened up about the toll her niece’s death took on her mental health. In November 2018, the 18-year-old was killed in a mass shooting in California.
“Everyday I live with anxiety,” she said. “Everyday I live with fear.”
“People see me on this show and yes, I have a smile on my face and I’m trying to be present, but I see myself as a duck,” she said before explaining she’s only calm on the surface.
"I was afraid to come here in work,” she admitted. “I don't feel safe."
