Tarek El Moussa recently used Instagram to send his congratulations to ex-wife Christina El Moussa and her new husband Ant Anstead. However, according to a source close to the HGTV stars, the 37-year-old hasn’t completely accepted their new union.
In a series of video posted to his Instagram Story, Christina’s ex and Flip or Flop co-star got candid about the life-changing news. “Christina got married. Yes. I’m actually happy for her,” he insisted. “I think it’s a great thing.”
Christina and Ant exchanged vows during an intimate ceremony on December 22. Though the two kids she shares with Tarek, daughter Taylor, 8, and son Braden, 3, attended the nuptials, a source close to Tarek told Star Magazine he’s having a hard time adjusting.
“Tarek is more upset than he’s letting on,” the insider said.

“He’s a sensitive, often unstable guy, and he hasn’t had a steady girlfriend since the divorce,” the source added.
Christina, who recently gave her marriage the social media stamp of approval with a big name change on Instagram, seems blissfully in love and the source claims that only makes it tougher for Tarek to move on. “He still loves her and always hoped they’d reconcile,” the insider said.
