Flip or Flop star Tarek El Moussa has officially moved on. On Sunday, July 28, the real estate investor was spotted indulging in some major PDA with fellow HGTV star Heather Rae Young.
The two were seen kissing and cuddling on the 37-year-old divorcee’s yacht. At the time, the boat was docked at the Portofino Hotel & Marina in Redondo Beach, California.
Tarek and the Selling Sunset star, 31, reportedly spent the day together after traveling to Redondo from Newport Beach.
The pair might have gotten hot and heavy this past weekend, but a source told Entertainment Tonight that though they’ve been “hanging out,” things between them is “nothing serious.”

Hannah and Tarek’s PDA session comes over a year after his divorce with ex Christina Anstead was finalized in January 2018. The pair originally split in December 2016.
In March 2019, Christina, 36, announced her first pregnancy with new husband Ant. She already shares two children — Taylor and Brayden — with Tarek.
Ant, 40, and Christina tied the knot in December 2018.
