Taylor Momsen's Too Busy for Pants

It's been a long week for Taylor Momsen, what with not being able to get involved in Haiti relief efforts and then suddenly taking an interest in the disaster. All that thinking must be why the 16-year-old (yes, 16!) seemed to forget to wear anything other than a pair of fishnet stockings as she walked around the wintry Queens, NY, set of Gossip Girl on Thursday. Perhaps she'll learn some life lessons after she watches that copy of '80s teen classic The Breakfast Club she was carrying around.
