Taylor Swift's The Voice Appearance Will Make You Love Her Even More—Find Out What Went Down
Yesterday was a fan’s dream. Not only did the pop star release her brand new album 1989, but she made a very special mentoring appearance on The Voice.
Donning red lipstick like just like coach and a matching crop top and skirt combo (but of course), Tay gave out some advice and stole our hearts away with her witty banter and enthusiastic expressions.
So what did we learn about Tay from her time on The Voice? For starters, her teen, karaoke-loving self had a thing for LeAnn Rimes' "How Do I Live." Not a bad pick, T. Swift.

But of course the entire episode wasn't about Tay's favorite songs. The pop star gave contestant Toia Jones helpful advice for her "Crazy in Love" performance while coaching with Adam Levine.
So did she praise the singers for their committed effort? Duh!
"You are so amazing, I want to cry," said Taylor to contestant Damien after his perfection rendition of "How Do I Live."
And of course she hit it off with the other coaches—especially Blake Shelton!
After reminding one of The Voice contestants (who really loves Tay's cats) that she now has two cute kittens (or as she put it, "plural"), Blake Shelton tried to chime in on the conversation saying he has a tree in his yard that smells like cat urine.
Strange? Yes, but Taylor took care of the conversation with a short and sweet remark.
"That's not the same."
