Heartbreak for Jenelle Evans! The Teen Mom 2 star recently welcomed her third child, but she is still suffering through an on-going custody battle with her mother, Barbara, for her oldest son, Jace.
According to the New Brunswick Clerk of Court in North Carolina, Jenelle’s court hearing to modify custody of Jace has been pushed back to May 23rd, RadarOnline.com reports.
The site previously reported how there has not been a change in Jenelle's custody agreement for Jace since June 10, 2010.

“About Jace’s case… it has been continued again from Jan. until May,” she tweeted. “Still haven’t seen the judge once since filing in 2015.”
Just last week, Jenelle welcomed her third child, a baby girl named Ensley Jolie! It's her first child with her boyfriend, David Eason.
