Leah's brother, Isaac, and his future wife, Emily, were also tagged in the caption.

Some fans questioned who was expecting but one user wrote, "probably her son and his fiance!"
She updated fans letting them know her daughter, Victoria, is the one expecting!
As some fans saw on Leah's Instagram, she announced the two got engaged back in December of 2017! She wrote, "My hair was a little bit of a mess after the twins birthday party, but I’m so happy for my brother and his NOW fiancé!! ?? CONGRATS guys @isaac_messer_24 @emilymburt."
Despite the confusion from the caption, fans couldn't help but congratulate the family!
