Radar reported that Alex was sentenced to six months in jail with five months stayed, which means the sentence is frozen “pending further order of the court,” likely on the condition that he fulfills the conditions of probation. The remaining 30 days can be served by 240 hours of community service, if he chooses. Alex will likely serve no jail time if he complies with the conditions. He must also complete a sex offender assessment and follow up with treatment recommended. Also, Alex is to comply with the Sex Offender Registry and provide a DNA sample. He is to also pay $518 in fines.
Back in December 2017, Alex was arrested for the horrifying crime. At the time of his arrest, Brittnee was pregnant with their first child, a baby boy. After the news broke, both Alex and Brittnee deleted their social media accounts.
