Too cute! The Teen Mom 2 star's belly has grown so much!
At the end of August, Chelsea tweeted that she was already 4 months pregnant. She added, "I can't wait to meet this sweet little baby! #16weeks #BabyDeBoer."

Since announcing her second pregnancy, it's been a busy few weeks for the reality star. She and Cole DeBoer are also set to wed this Fall.
