Farrah Abraham went nearly naked in Las Vegas this weekend! The Teen Mom OG star, 26, attended the Crazy Horse III gentlemen’s club Backdoor Key Launch Party, which launched the club’s new VIP membership program. Farrah, naturally, was a VIP guest, and proudly showed off her ample assets as she posed for photos before kicking off the night. For the special occasion, Farrah wore a completely sheer black jumpsuit. Only a few strategically placed pieces of fabric kept her private parts covered!
