The pregnant reality star told RadarOnline.com just how his arrest warrant will impact their custody battle in January.
"Since I already filed for full custody there's not much to do until we go to court," the reality star said. "He can come visit Kaiser supervised by me until court, because I'm worried for Kaiser's well-being under Nathan's care."

And just when fans thought the 2-year-old's estrangement from his father was heartbreaking enough, Jenelle revealed how Kaiser consistently asks for "Papa," who is Nathan's stepfather.
Back in mid December, a warrant was issued for Nathan's arrest following an alleged domestic dispute between him and his on-again-off-again girlfriend, Jessica Henry.
