Jenelle Evans and husband David Eason lost temporary custody of all their kids on Tuesday, May 28, after a judge ruled they were unsafe in the couple's care. Scroll through for details!
Child Protective Services removed the children from the home after David shot and killed Jenelle's dog on Tuesday, April 30. The ex Teen Mom stars went to court in an attempt to regain custody but were shut down after four days of testimony.
"The judge told Jenelle that she failed to protect the children while they were in her care," a source told RadarOnline.com.
The pair have five children combined. They share daughter Ensley, 2, and Jenelle also has sons Jace, 9, and Kaiser, 4, from previous relationships, while David has daughter Maryssa, 11, and son Kaden. Only Ensley, Kaiser, and Maryssa lived with the couple.
Jenelle's mother Barbara Evans, who has full custody of Jace, currently has custody of Ensley after CPS removed the little girl from the home. Maryssa will remain with her maternal grandmother, while Kaiser will live with his father Nathan Griffith, 31.

"The judge heard testimony that David and Jenelle were constantly screaming and arguing, and the children were terrified. CPS described the state of the home as horrific. It was filthy, and there were holes in all of the walls," a source told RadarOnline.com.
The insider continued, "Jenelle was sobbing in court. Jenelle believed that her lawyer was going to be able to get her children back and she seemed stunned when this happened. Jenelle is standing by David. Despite what happened, she has no plans to leave him."
David and Jenelle, along with the children's caregivers, are due back in court next week.
