Ouch! Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer showed off a brutal head injury during her time in Los Angeles.

The reality star showed off a small sized burn on her forehead and by the look on her face, it seems painful!

The mother-of-three was in Los Angeles this past weekend and had to tape for the live after-show.

Luckily, you can't even see the burn with make-up. Looking good, girl!

Even with good lighting, you can barely see it!
