Leah Messer is continuing the make changes! The Teen Mom 2 star took to Instagram to reveal a health update and how her family will be impacted!
Saying goodbye to cigarettes! The mother-of-three uploaded a video of a pack of cigarettes on fire.
She wrote in the post, "So over this bad habit!!! It's not healthy for me or my household. What role model for my daughters would I be to keep smoking?"

Leah has three daughters, twins Ali and Aleeah, with her first ex-husband, Corey Simms. Her youngest daughter, Addie, she shares with her second ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert.
