Leah Messer is continuing the make changes! The Teen Mom 2 star took to Instagram to reveal a health update and how her family will be impacted!
Saying goodbye to cigarettes! The mother-of-three uploaded a video of a pack of cigarettes on fire.
She wrote in the post, "So over this bad habit!!! It's not healthy for me or my household. What role model for my daughters would I be to keep smoking?"

Leah has three daughters, twins Ali and Aleeah, with her first ex-husband, Corey Simms. Her youngest daughter, Addie, she shares with her second ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert.
Since regaining joint custody of her twin daughters, Leah has shared multiple updates with her fans on social media. From making them breakfast to getting them to school on-time, she has been shedding her bad mom image over the last few months.
