Maci Bookout might be welcoming a fourth addition into her family! Click through to see the photo that has fans convinced the Teen Mom OG star is pregnant with baby number four.
Maci, 25, posted this adorable photo of her with her sons, Bentley and Maverick. The normally slender Maci appears to have a small baby bump in the pic.
Fans were quick to point out the suspicious bump. “Are you pregnant?” one fan asked outright.
“Are you expecting baby #4?” another asked. Maci is already mom to Bentley, 8, Maverick, 11 months, and daughter Jayde, 1.

Maci previously said she and her husband Taylor McKinney are done having children but would be open to adoption.
“For both of us, it’s one of those things where if we are capable of providing a stable home, healthy relationships and some hope for a child who may not have that or ever experienced it, then we want to,” she told People magazine.
