PHOTOS‘Teen Mom OG’ Star Tyler Baltierra Teases 'Close & Personal' New Project

Teen Mom OG star Tyler Baltierra is using his own mental health struggles to spread awareness and positivity. In an emotionally uplifting Instagram post, the MTV celebrity teased a new endeavor.
Tyler posted a picture of a black tee shirt that had the words, “I am who I am,” written across the front of it.
“Take your past with all its heaving feelings that made you break your spirit back in the beginning,” he typed across the picture. “And use it as tools to help you through.”
“Now don’t you give up!” he continued. “Use those tools and learn to stand up! #WritingIsFreeing.”
Under the post, he expressed his excitement for the still unknown project. “I CAN’T WAIT to share with you guys what I’ve been working on,” he told his followers. “It’s something very close & personal to me & it’s just the beginning of what’s to come from this!”
Tyler has been open about his struggles with depression and mental health, and this isn’t the first time he’s found relief and comfort in a creative project. In December 2018, a source told RadarOnline.com that the reality star is planning to release a self-help book. “He’s still struggling,” the insider said. “But writing is a big outlet of his. He’s in the midst of writing a self-help book for mental health that he wants to release in 2019.”
