Teresa Giudice told us all prison was a great place to get back into shape, and her latest Instagram post proves it! While her husband Joe continues his 41-month stint at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, NJ, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is getting some much-needed R & R after her mom passed away at the beginning of the month. She’s in Boca Raton, Florida, filming the show’s upcoming season and looking amazing while doing so! She shared a pic of her fit yoga-toned, bikini bod on Instagram, giving RHONJ fans everywhere serious body envy!

Teresa is in need of some peace and tranquility after the loss of her mother Antonia Gorga. After her death, Teresa said on Instagram, “My heart is completely broken…This is a pain I’ve never felt before and goes so deep.”

Teresa’s trip to Florida should remain relatively zen as her former friend Jacqueline Laurita isn’t around. The longtime housewife left the show after a lot of “nasty infighting” in season 7.
