Court Docs Reveal 'The Hills' Star Heidi Montag's Dad William Quietly Pleaded Guilty To Child Abuse

Heidi Montag's father William pleaded guilty to child abuse four years after he was arrested for sexual assault on a child and aggravated incest. The Hills: New Beginnings star's dad initially pleaded not guilty to the charge and received only four years of probation.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the affidavit for the 72-year-old's arrest warrant contained information of the abuse committed from between 1996 and 1998. He pleaded guilty to the sexual abuse charge on August 5, 2016.
He was first arrested in January 2015 because he failed to appear in court. He had also been wanted on a felony warrant from the Centennial, a town located in Denver, for sex abuse on a child.
A 13-year-old female suffered the abuse at the time and allegedly came forward in 2013.
The woman relayed the sexual abuse to her therapist and then contacted police. William's mistreatment of the victim happened on more than 50 occasions.

She said in the court documents that William stopped the assaults after she threatened to tell her family.
The female victim later suffered from drug abuse and attempted suicide due to her past.
The documents also state that William denied the woman’s allegations. “I’m not admitting to anything I didn’t do,” the former ski instructor said.
William walked Heidi, 32, down the aisle during her 2009 wedding to Spencer Pratt, but the two haven't spoken to each other in years.
