It's a bird, It's a plane, it's... Adrienne Bailon! The Real host conquered her fear of flying by going on a wild helicopter ride! She shared her experience on Instagram on Monday, June 17.

Adrienne, 35, took a few snaps before she got on the helicopter. She modeled a sexy white tank top, plastic sandals and khaki shorts. She added a touch of old school glam with her delicate floral hair wrap and mirrored aviators.

"Greeting Monday like...Well, hello there darling! Lol. So much fun facing my fears & flying over NYC in this @flynyon open / no door helicopter!" she captioned her post.

The Disney Channel alum also asked her fans, "Whats something you fear? & how are you facing it this week?!"

Adrienne wasn't without support from her friends and family as she went on the plane.

Her husband, Israel Houghton, and pals Jonathan Fernandez, Emily Bustamante and Ashley Weatherspoon came along for the ride.

The group flew on New York's ultimate doors-off helicopter experience, FlyNYON.
