Jesus take the wheel! Tamera Mowry claims she gets her validation from God, not the 'gram! On today's episode of The Real, hosts Loni Love, Adrienne Houghton and Jeannie Mai took their seats at the round table and listened as Tamera spoke about getting approval from God and not social media.
Tamera, 40, declared during "Girl Chat" that she had to do certain things to help train her mind when it comes to caring about what goes on Instagram.
"I see my Instagram as a loving community and I wish I could meet every single one of you guys," the Tia & Tamera star said.
She added, "But I honestly had to train my mind into not letting the 'likes' or the 'followers' define me or give me personal approval. God does that, thank you very much!"

"And if you can't handle that, then you shouldn't be on social media," Adrienne interjected.
"I use it social media as a tool to see what more people are interested in or the things that they may not like, so it helps me with my content and what I put out there," Tamera said.
