It’s only Monday, and so far two major births have occurred! First, Kate Middleton welcomed her third child this morning, and now Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and his longtime girlfriend Lauren Hashian have also brought a little one, their second daughter, into the world!

He shared an absolutely beautiful photo of him holding his newborn baby girl with a very long caption that discussed her, his girlfriend, and some great advice for future dads.
"Blessed and proud to bring another strong girl into this world. Tiana Gia Johnson came into this world like a force of nature and Mama @laurenhashianofficial labored and delivered like a true rockstar,” he announced on Instagram.

"I was raised and surrounded by strong, loving women all my life, but after participating in baby Tia’s delivery, it’s hard to express the new level of love, respect and admiration I have for @laurenhashianofficial and all mamas and women out there,” he gushed.
“Word to the wise gentlemen, it’s critical to be by your lady’s head when she’s delivering, being as supportive as you can.. holding hands, holding legs, whatever you can do. But, if you really want to understand the single most powerful and primal moment life will ever offer – watch your child being born,” he urged. “Its a life changer and the respect and admiration you have for a woman, will forever be boundless.”
It’s the second daughter for him and Lauren, as they also have a 2-year-old named Jasmine. He also has a child from a previous relationship, 16-year-old Simone, with his ex-wife Dany Garcia. He and Lauren do have plans to eventually wed one another after ten years together. It was supposed to happen this spring, but then she got pregnant!
