Drake has been at the epicenter of sneak disses in the past year from Pusha T to Kanye West — and now The Weeknd? Fans of the Toronto rapper accused fellow Canadian, The Weeknd, for his new song “Lost In Fire” which seemingly addressed Drake’s son Adonis.
The Weeknd, 28, dropped a new single on January 10th, 2019 and a certain lyric seemed to take a dig at the “Nice For What” rapper's secrecy surrounding Adonis. Drake, 32, didn’t reveal he had a son until his latest album Scorpion in June 2018.
The lyrics in question from “Lost In Fire” are, “I just want a baby with the right one / ‘Cause I would never be the one to hide one.”
Considering both of the stars are from Canada, one fan on Twitter wrote, “Drake vs the Weeknd is pretty much a Canadian Civil War.”
