A lot of things matter to Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney, but clearly following the rules of business isn't one of them!
“This business was dissolved for failing to file an annual report,” a spokesperson for the Secretary of State exclusively told RadarOnline.com, regarding their clothing company, TTM Lifestyle.
Adding, “The report is used to maintain an entity status of an active business. It tells us your management structure, number of members, number of addresses on file, etc.”
The company was established back in 2013, but in 2015, Taylor began running it.

Luckily, for the reality star couple, their inactive status doesn't prevent them from continuing their sales.
“Just because they’re dissolved doesn’t mean they’re shut down,” the spokesperson continued. “They’re going to have to file what they missed, a reinstatement document. It would be $70 and clearance to reinstate. They’re going to have to pay extra and jump through hoops, but they are allowed to continue doing business.”
