The Riverdale star first got into fitness at age 15 and has since tried everything from hot yoga to boot camp classes to Pilates.  “Keeping (your workouts) fresh and new is a part of being healthy,” said Camila, 26, who exercises for her mental health as well.  “If I’m going through something, I think about what I can do physically for myself,” she explained.  “Sometimes curing the mind is really just about curing the body.”

For Hailee, 15 is a magic number: That’s how many minutes the Pitch Perfect 2 actress needs a day to stay in tip-top shape.  “Considering my crazy schedule, I try to devote at least 15 minutes to getting some sort of physical activity in,” spilled the 23-year-old star, who mainly alternates between bike rides and quick walks – but she’s not too picky.  “Just something to get some fresh air and blood pumping!” Seems easy enough!

She’s the queen of snacking.  But 20-year-old Yara — who’s said she grew up eating a ton of fruits and veggies from her family’s garden—keeps her on-the-to noshes light and healthy.  The Grownish star’s faves include homemade trail mix with almonds, cashews and cranberries, apple slices with peanut butter and avocado toast with lemon, salt and olive oil.  “I think the (early) introduction to fresh foods left an everlasting impact,” said Yara.  Clearly!

The Hustlers actress has openly admitted she doesn’t love working out – but she’d rather break a sweat than give up some of her dietary indulgences.  “I really love junk food and soda, so I have to live an active lifestyle in order to keep eating the way I want to eat,” admitted Lili, 23, who’s enlisted a personal trainer to help keep her focused at the gym.  So far, “it’s been kind of life-changing,” she noted.  “I have to keep my heart healthy – that’s the goal! This keeps me on track.”

Chloe won’t be trying any fad diets anytime soon. “Sure, you can go on a juice cleanse, but be under no illusions: you’re starving yourself,” the Kick-Ass star, 23, once declared.  Instead, Chloe stays fit the old-fashioned way: by limiting junk and processed foods and exercising.  “I work out seven times in a week,” she’s revealed, adding that Pilates, SoulCycle, and TRX are often on the agenda.  “And I eat really clean – even when I don’t want to!”

Elle’s figured out a surefire way of sticking to an exercise program. “I think it’s important to mix up your workouts,” shared the star of The Great, 22, whose routine used to revolve around ballet “and a bit of yoga” but now consists of boxing and cardio.  “Don’t just do one thing,” advised Elle.  “Try a lot and see what works for you.” Noted!
