Tia Mowry is bravely speaking out about her battle with endometriosis, and the dramatic weight loss that accompanied the diet she needs in order to stay healthy. Through it all, the actress reveals that her five-year-old son has been a source of strength.
Tia admitted Wednesday that she'd lost 20 pounds after changing her diet in order to combat endometriosis.
Finding the silver lining in the struggle, the Sister, Sister actress penned a cookbook with that recipes that keep her healthy and strong.

Lucky for her, she has a strong family support system, including her adorable 5-year-old son Cree Hardrict.
She shared a cute photo with her little boy, captioning it, "This one keeps me going."
With her little one by her side, she has found the energy to spread awareness for her disease and the healthy foods that can help ease the symptoms.
