Tia Mowry: 'My Son Keeps Me Going' Amid Painful Endometriosis Battle

Tia Mowry is bravely speaking out about her battle with endometriosis, and the dramatic weight loss that accompanied the diet she needs in order to stay healthy. Through it all, the actress reveals that her five-year-old son has been a source of strength.
Tia admitted Wednesday that she'd lost 20 pounds after changing her diet in order to combat endometriosis.
Finding the silver lining in the struggle, the Sister, Sister actress penned a cookbook with that recipes that keep her healthy and strong.
