Tia and Tamera Mowry both posted emotional Instagram tributes to each other on their 41st birthday Saturday, July 6. Their younger brother Tahj also showed the twins some celebratory love.
The former Sister, Sister stars each shared throwback photos of them as part of their birthday dedications.
"#happybirthday to my womb mate," Tia wrote for Tamera next to a snap of them as babies. "We’ve been in this thing together since conception. The bond that twins have is unexplainable. Our journey here on earth has been an amazing one."
Tamera's throwback photo with Tia included them rocking some big hair and matching outfits.

"Tia. My ride or die since birth," Tamera wrote. "So grateful God chose you as my life partner from the beginning. You are the yin to my yang. The perfect team."
Their younger brother Tahj, 33, also wrote a sweet dedication for them.
"Happy Birthday to my beautiful sisters!" Tahj wrote before adding, "You are both the definition of class, sophistication, and beauty. Inside and out. Not to mention you’re both literal super women. And amazing mothers."
The siblings all headed to Disneyland last month with their kids and significant others. They raved all about their magical journey on Instagram after it was over.
