Tia Mowry has had one amazing week, with the actress and Food Network star celebrating both her eighth wedding anniversary to Cory Hardrict and an awesome day of fitness with their son, Cree Taylor!
Tia first took to her Instagram on Tuesday to share a cute photo of Cree attempting his best yoga pose!
In the snap, the little one can be seen crouching over a purple mat in the center of a room! “He said,"look mom, I'm doing yoga!" Tia captioned the photo!
But her baby boy’s dedication to working out wasn’t the only surprise Tia had to share with her followers.

On Wednesday, she took to her page to share a throwback photo of her wedding day in a loving post dedicated to her hubby and their latest marriage milestone!
She later followed that post up with a video showing the gorgeous bouquet of flowers Hardrict bought her for their big day!
Tia has been keeping extremely busy over the past few months with her TV show and family. But fans of Tia and her twin sister, Tamera Mowry, were recently overjoyed to hear that she added one highly-anticipated item to her to-do list — her first appearance on Tamera’s talk show The Real on May 11!
