Tia Mowry-Hadrict posted a gorgeous selfie on Instagram on July 24, but the photo came with a mysterious yet inspirational caption.
“As I have gotten older, I no longer deal with anything that doesn’t give me joy. I’ve also learned my worth,” the Sister, Sister actress, 41, captioned her post.
Adding, “If you don’t stand up for you. Nobody else will. Be you, love all of you, and don’t be apologetic for believing you are worth it.” What could this mean?
Tia’s followers shared their thoughts with her cryptic caption, laced with heart and clapping hand emojis. “Thank you dear Tia. That is very good advice,” one wrote. “Love this advice!! Need this so much right now as I approach my last year of high school,“ another grateful fan chimed in. “Thanks for the hope and motivation you are so inspiring,” a follower commented.

Even though it’s a mystery as to the motivation behind the caption, fans are grateful for her inspiring words and are happy knowing they are not alone.
One thing Tia has been open about is her struggle with fertility issues. She and husband Cory Hadrict share son Cree, 7, and daughter Cairo, 1. The mother-of-two opened up about possibly expanding their family in June.
Tia is also known for embracing self worth and natural beauty. On July 12, the actress shared a selfie on Instagram sans wig and makeup.
