On June 20th, Tia Mowry stepped out in LA to run errands following her startling confession that she's dropped 20 pounds amid her struggle with endometriosis.
While dropping off a package at UPS, Tia wore all black and went for an all-natural look wearing absolutely no makeup.
The actress appeared to be looking very tired as she got out of her car and walked to the store.

The 38-year old has been dealing with endometriosis and was diagnosed all the way back in 2006. It’s been a difficult process but she has undergone laparoscopic surgery and is paying special attention to her diet.
After suffering much pain, Tia was dedicated in eating healthier and admit in her book Whole New You, "Food is powerful and has a significant impact." The disease has also caused her to have a difficult time getting pregnant.
