Things apparently got real wild at a Pre-Emmys party over the weekend. Tom Arnold publicly accused Mark Burnett of attacking him. Read on for the latest.
Just one day before Hollywood’s finest would gather together to celebrate the top actors and actresses on TV, Tom and Mark were at a Pre-Emmy charity event over the weekend. The comedian alleged the producer, who created The Apprentice, attacked him.
He sounded off about the alleged incident in a barrage of posts on Twitter Sunday night. "Mark Burnett just went apes**t & choked me at this huge Emmy party. Then he ran away with his torn Pink shirt & missing gold chain. I’m waiting for LAPD,” he wrote.
That’s when Mark’s wife Roma Downey hit up her Twitter fam with a post alleging that Tom went after her man first. She even uploaded a pic of her bruised hand. “Got this bruise tonight when Tom Arnold tried to ambush my husband Mark and me at a charity event. Is your TV show worth it, Tom? Please stop," she wrote.

Tom was so irate about Roma’s accusation, which was in reference to his new Viceland show The Hunt For The Trump Tapes, that he quote tweeted in response, "Bulls**t. You lie. Your crazy husband attacked me, you psycho. I’m filing police report and suing you for defamation.”
In response to someone who asked whether there is video about the alleged incident, Tom said,"Roma knocked Bryan Fogel’s phone out of his hand after Mark Burnett choked me. Bryan came with me. He won the Oscar this year for his amazing documentary, Icarus. He has the tape.”
