Toni Braxton and Birdman have kicked off the new year with a bad breakup. Yesterday on social media the pair hinted that they have parted ways and won’t be moving forward with their engagement.

The Cash Money founder wiped his Instagram account and then posted a now-deleted Instagram story that said “It’s over….”
“It's messing up our relationship,” she said at the time.

The singer also purged her account. She then added one new picture of herself in a bright red gown. "Starting a new chapter isn't always an easy choice,” she wrote in the caption. “But ALWAYS choose to be chosen. Cheers to a new year."
The pair confirmed their engagement back in February of last year and they pushed their nuptials back at least two separate times since then.
During an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show back in November, the Braxton Family Values star admitted that Birdman was sick of waiting for her to set a date. She told Wendy that the 55-year-old was pressuring her to have the wedding before the end of 2018.
