The state of California filed a $259,108.23 tax lien on Tori, 43, and Dean, 49, for not paying their state taxes in 2014, according to reports.

However, the couple have been renting homes with their four children — Stella, 8, Hattie, 4, Liam, 9, and Finn, 3 — for the several years, so the state could go after their current and future assets.
