Still Going Strong! Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott Spotted Holding Hands Days After Dean’s True Tori Departure

Love was in the air when Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott went for a PDA-packed Jamba Juice run in Los Angeles on Nov. 8.

McDermott told Access Hollywood Live on Wednesday that he is leaving True Tori after this season. "We have five more shows left," he confessed. "I can't do this anymore. I can't keep opening a vein, opening my soul and sharing my feelings and thoughts and demons with the world."

All smiles! Spelling looked happy and healthy weeks after being admitted to the hospital for pneumonia and bronchitis. The Mystery Girls star flaunted her fit figure in a revealing shirt with a black bandeau and a floral skirt. 

McDermott also dished that he believes his marriage to Spelling will survive regardless of his two-day affair with Emily Goodhand in 2013. “I hold out a lot of hope. If you don’t have hope what do you have?” he said. “I love this woman, regardless of what I’ve done. I love her and want to be with her. I want to grow old with her… at this moment she feels the exact same way.”
