The couple of nine years held a garage sale at their home in Encino, CA on June 21, seemingly to get out with the old and in with the new. Only Dean was spotted by paparazzi at the sale, though. The 100 degree temps most likely kept Tori inside in air conditioning!

And while no Beverly Hills 90210 keepsakes were being sold—though those mementos would probably go for millions at this point—passersby could browse housewares, clothes, shoes, books, and toys that the McDermotts no longer wanted.

Also in the "to sell" pile were these carseats and strollers, which leads us to believe that the most recent Tori pregnancy rumors are in fact false, and that the couple has no plans for more kids!
Speaking of kids, even though the sale was held on Father's Day, the couple's four children Liam, Stella, Hattie and Finn still got in some quality time with their daddy-o. "Happy #FathersDay to the #coolest dude we know!," Tori wrote on Instagram on behalf of herself and their family. "We all love you @imdeanmcdermott xoxo #DadRules."
