Trouble For Tori! Dean McDermott Tells Tori Spelling To File For Bankruptcy After Massive Debt Lawsuit
The money woes continue! Tori Spelling is being encouraged to file for bankruptcy by her husband Dean McDermott after some extreme debt resulted in a lawsuit, but Tori is not having it!
RadarOnline reported that American Express filed a lawsuit against the former 90210 star, 42, because she failed to pay back $38,000.
"American Express provided a loan to Tori out of a line of credit she had," a source told Radar. "The loan was needed because Tori and Dean had no money coming in last summer. She was hospitalized with burns on her arms, and was in pain for months."
According to the insider, Dean, 49, wants Tori to file for bankruptcy because “there are other credit card companies that are owed money too.”

However, Tori, who says she is unable to work because of a burn on her arm which she is suing Benihana for, will not take Dean’s advice and “refuses to even discuss the possibility of bankruptcy," the insider said.
Tori and Dean’s financial troubles have been going on since last year when they moved out of their mansion into a smaller home.
