Melissa & Joey star Melissa Joan Hart hosted a Disney Paint PJ Party to celebrate her youngest son Tucker's brand new nursery last week. The sweet soiree was attended only by close family and friends to reveal the decked out room perfect for her 10-month-old little guy. Take a look!
