Tristan Thompson has returned to Instagram. On Wednesday, April 10, the basketball player posted a rare photo on his account. It wasn’t lost on many of his followers that the post came exactly a year after he was first caught cheating on Khloe Kardashian and just days before their daughter True’s birthday.
In the snap, Tristan wore a sleek suit as he stood on a balcony with the Toronto skyline in full view.
The Cavaliers player kept the words to a minimum — he only added the Canadian flag emoji in the caption.
Was this Instagram update Tristan’s way of showing Khloe that he was unbothered by the anniversary? According to RadarOnline.com, he won’t be celebrating baby True’s first birthday either. A source claimed he wouldn’t be attending the party in Los Angeles.

“Tristan does not want to set foot near Khloe’s family because he knows how much they all despise him right now,” the source said.
Tristan wasn’t the only person who marked the anniversary by attempting to move past the drama. That same day, Khloe announced the details of her upcoming Investigation Discovery channel show Twisted Love.
According to the press release the series will highlight “what happens when love and affection spiral into a twisted web of extreme obsession and jealousy.”
