Nicole Kidman sure knows how to generate buzz. While promoting her film Grace of Monaco at the Cannes Film Festival in early May, the A-list beauty set of a barrage of plastic surgery rumors when she showed up on the red carpet looking eerily lineless. In February, she told a reporter, “No surgery for me; I did try Botox, but I got out of it, and I can move my face again.”
But experts reveal to OK! that her face tells a different story. “Nicole unfortunately seems to have developed a pillow face,” says plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn (who has not treated the actress).

“I suspect she’s had injections of filler, such as Voluma, into her cheeks," says Dr. Anthony Youn.
"It’s great for people who want a little lift, but if it’s overdone, it can make the person look unnaturally puffy."

Dr. Youn says that while Courteney has likely shunned plastic surgery, she’s gone to town with fillers and Botox. "Courteney may be fnally showing her age," he says.

In addition to likely injections of the filler Juvéderm, Dr. Youn says Renée’s signature squint has been reversed with an eyelid lift: “She looks like a different person.”

Silicone or Gortex lip implants are likely to blame for Meg’s Joker-esque new visage. “The recommended treatment is to surgically remove them,” Dr. Youn says.
